Mother's Milk Oak Milk Latte with Honey & Cardamom
- 4 Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother’s Milk tea bags
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cardamom – reserve a sprinkle for garnish

- Place tea bags into a mug, adding in the boiling water. Cover with a lid or tea buddy, and steep for 10 minutes.
- After steeping, remove tea bags and gently squeeze to extract the remaining tea.
- Pour the oat milk into a small saucepan and gently simmer.
- Add honey and cardamom to the tea concentrate. Whisk together.
- Using either a blender or a milk frother, blend warmed milk and pour over the tea concentrate.
- Sprinkle a small amount of cardamom over the top and enjoy!
